Established in 2000, The Total Development Center is a 501c-3 non-profit organization that is passionate about instilling virtues like honesty, compassion, courage, empathy, integrity, teamwork, and service into individuals from all walks of life.
We are dedicated to helping people unlock their God-given potential to become a leader in their families and communities, and at work, on school campuses, and teams.

George Crace
President, Chairman of the Board
With a heart to see kids succeed in life, George Crace brings both extensive experience and life-long passion to his work at The Total Development Center.
George earned a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University in 1972 and a Master’s degree in Education from Stanford University in 1973. After 27 years educating, teaching, coaching, counseling, and mentoring students and young adults in public and private education, and with a vision of helping all kids succeed in school and become college, career, and life ready, George and his wife, Donna, founded The Total Development Center (TDC) in 2000.
Donna Crace
Executive Director
Donna brings organizational, marketing, and great people skills to her position as Executive Director of TDC. She has extensive experience in Public Relations and Advertising, and also has done professional voice work and singing throughout the greater Portland area. From 1989-2004 Donna was a successful Realtor. She enjoyed helping families buy and sell homes, but especially had a passion to make their transition to new schools and communities a positive experience!
