The Total Development Center (TDC) is a 501-C3 non-profit and part of our mission is to provide athletic teams and organizations a safe place for young athletes to train, learn life skills, and strengthen healthy character based habits that produce personal/team success and TOTAL DEVELOPMENT!

The Total Development Center manages a 90,000+ square foot turf field on the border of Tualatin and Wilsonville located at 23370 SW Boones Ferry Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062. The income from our field rentals supports the work we do with students and career seekers.

Field Details & Rental Options
- Minimum rental: 1-hour
- Maximum rental: subject to the need of our clients
- Available: all months; all seasons; daily, weekly and monthly rentals
- Synthetically turfed field, fully fenced
- Schools, sports teams, and individuals may rent
- Available on most days of the week for football, soccer, lacrosse, or private events.
- Rent our Knockerballs as a fun activity for your event.
- Book as soon as you know your dates. Our field is very popular due to its location and care.
