As part of our mission, our non-profit 501 c3 Total Development Center (TDC) provides athletic teams and organizations a safe place for young athletes to train, learn life skills, and strengthen healthy character based habits that produce personal and team success and Total Development.
The 190,000+ sq. ft. field we installed and managed for the past 11 years has begun to show its age. We are launching a fundraising campaign to resurface the synthetic turf field at 23370 SW Boones Ferry Rd., Tualatin, Oregon.
When TDC installed this field in 2011, we were very successful in raising the necessary funds through donations of generous private citizens. Since we completed the field install, more than 20 community organizations have used it for various events, as well as Horizon Community School. This beautiful field is pivotal to the success of many local and community sport organizations that rely on TDC to have the field reserved and ready for play when they arrive.
We designed our fundraising campaign for 2022-2023 to ask a wide audience of parents, friends, and families who have been loyal to our mission at TDC for the past 11 years. TDC has already secured a matching fund donation of $100K and we seek gift donations from previous and new donors who have a heart for developing safe and purposeful sports facilities and programs for today’s youth. We will accept donations directly to our 501c-3 non-profit, which is registered with the IRS in Oregon and Washington. Our EIN# is 93-1292905.
The goal of the campaign is to raise $525,000. We are confident this covers the cost of turf removal and disposal, field base work, and installation of new turf and infill. We have already received offers of financial assistance from our long-term Anchor Tenant, the Willamette United Football Club – West Linn/Wilsonville OR. Please participate with us in resurfacing this field and continuing our mission: “Helping All Kids Succeed.”
